Massage Therapy Evolve offers Swedish (Traditional) and Deep Tissue table massage and chair massage and can do them in the massage room at Evolve, in your home and at your place of work. We provide chair and table massages as part of corporate wellness programs and other corporate events, at sporting events, parties, bridal showers, seminars and any other event where massage is desired. Therapeutic massage promotes health and wellness through the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress. Massage therapy improves functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems and can improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness. Although a single massage will be enjoyable, the effects of massage are cumulative and a course of massage treatments will bring the most benefits. Regular massage can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism, and so help to prevent unnecessary strains and injuries that might otherwise occur due to excess tension and any resulting structural weaknesses. Massage can stimulate or calm the nervous system - depending upon what is required by the individual - and thus help reduce fatigue, leaving the receiver with a feeling of replenished energy. Massage Package Rules: Massage packages can only be used for the type purchased and for 60 or 90 minute sessions (one 30 minute session is allowed as the last session to complete a package). 180 and 300 minute packages must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment plan for 600 minute package is available - call, email or ask at front desk for details.
