Group Fitness Classesevolve offers a wide variety of group fitness classes. Our classes exude fun, toughness and restorative wellness. Plus, our smaller studio vibe provides a level of personal attention that most large group fitness classes cannot match. Classes include Zumba, Les Mills Body Pump, PiYo, Turbo Kick, R.I.P.P.E.D, Flirty Girl, Yoga, Warm Flow Yoga, Circuit Training and Cardio Hip-Hop. There's something for everyone and classes are offered at varying days and times to work around any schedule. Belly dancing is held by the Pangaea Dance Company. Enrollment is limited. Call, email or inquire at the front desk for more information.

FLIRTY GIRL BOOTY BEAT – Join the ultimate sexy, fun cardio dance party! Moves straight from the hottest videos and coolest dance floors incorporated into a fat burning, super-fun, easy-to-follow routine to provide the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. You will feel like you are a part of a music video rather than in a cardio crazy, core chiseling, booty toning, arm sculpting workout class. Sorry guys, women only!
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ - The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises. Moderate to high intensity weights-based resistance training. Burns calories, tones and improves coordination. 30-Minute express class also offered on Friday evenings.

In this warm environment, you will be lead through a unique series of vinyasa flow yoga postures linked with your breath. The creative flow patterns practiced are uniquely different each time you come to class and are guaranteed to build strength, stamina and mental focus. The heat facilitates a safe environment to increase your flexibility and release stress!
