Group Fitness Specialty Classes - Champaign, IL

evolve brings new meaning to group fitness.   You will not find everyday typical group fitness classes at evolve.  The classes bring an energy to this community that has never been witnessed before.   Our classes have the ability to exude fun, high energy, toughness, sensual awareness, restorative wellness and calmness all in an hour's time. Plus, our small studio bestows an intimate atmosphere of exercise that most group fitness programs do not provide. 

Classes include yoga, kickboxing, bootcamp, step n' sculpt, circuit training,  weight training, boxing, and core fusion.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

KICK & PUMP - Discover strength and attitude through an intense cardiovascular workout combining jabs, punches, kicks, blocks and easy-to-follow combinations. Intermediate to advanced levels.

YOGA – Experience the union of mind, body, and spirit. In this class you can relax, strengthen and soothe your body with a focus on alignment and breathing. All levels are welcome to join.

CIRCUIT – A fast-paced and high energy class that will keep you coming back for more! Every c;ass provides a unique and challenging full body work out that keeps you moving with different exercises at every station. This class combines traditional weights and body weight exercises. Be ready to work hard and get amazing results. All levels welcome.

KETTLE BELL - Are you interested in burning fast, building muscle tone or increasing strength and stamina? Then Kettlebell Training is for you! Slash and burn fat quickly! INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY AND MOBILITY. Add tone and definition to your body; reduce stress and tension in your body. Experience a workout you have never experienced before! All levels welcome.

ULTIMATE INTENSITY - Start your day right! Ultimate Intensity is a high intensity interval training class that will get you into shape fast. Shred fat, build muscle and increase your overall athletic ability. All shapes, sizes and ability levels welcome.
