Group Fitness Specialty Classes - Champaign, ILevolve brings new meaning to group fitness. You will not find everyday typical group fitness classes at evolve. The classes bring an energy to this community that has never been witnessed before. Our classes have the ability to exude fun, high energy, toughness, sensual awareness, restorative wellness and calmness all in an hour's time. Plus, our small studio bestows an intimate atmosphere of exercise that most group fitness programs do not provide. Classes include yoga, kickboxing, bootcamp, step n' sculpt, circuit training, weight training, boxing, and core fusion.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions3…2…1…GO! – Release your inner athlete. This class is built on a collection of basic functional movements that are the building blocks to any real fitness program. Through constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements, this core strength and stability program will allow you to develop a fitness that is by design broad, general, and inclusive. This class prepares you for the unknown and the unknowable of everyday life, and specializes in not specializing. Regardless of experience with these movements, you can reach levels of cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy that you never imagine possible. So if you're ready to get serious about fitness, 3-2-1-GO! CARDIO KICK – Discover strength and attitude through an intense cardiovascular workout combining jabs, punches, kicks, blocks and easy-to-follow combinations. Core training and stretching are included. U. F. C - Ultimate Fitness Conditioning is an intense workout for all fitness levels it encompasses upper and lower body as well as core exercises. This class has an equal amount of strength & conditioning, Plyometrics and is rounded out with cardiovascular exercises. YOGA – Experience the union of mind, body, and spirit. In this class you can relax, strengthen and soothe your body with a focus on alignment and breathing. All levels are welcome to join. CIRCUIT BLAST – A fast-paced and high energy class that will keep you coming back for more! Circuit Blast will keep you moving with different exercises at every station. This class combines traditional weights and body weight exercises. MAT PILATES – Mat Pilates is the essence of pilates. You will improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, athletic performance, core stability and muscle tone. It will also help improve circulation, alleviate pain and tension, flatten the abdominals, restore the natural curves of the spine and improve posture. All levels are welcome to join.
